On may 22, 2021 hundreds of pro-Palestinian supporters joined the “Ongoing Nakba, Ongoing Resistance – Toronto March!” organized by the Palestinian Youth Movement (PYM – حركة الشباب الفلسطيني).
At the protest activists disseminated flyers that included two lists of chants in English and Arabic. Here are some of these chants:

- From the [Jordan] River to the [Mediterranean] Sea to Palestine will be free!
- Intifada intifada, long live the intifada (for background information on the intifada click here)
- Hey hey, ho ho. Zionism has to go
- No Zionism in our town
- Cops and borders we don’t need [th]em
[Arabic]
- Oh martyr, rest in peace and we continue the struggle
- The gate of Al-Aqsa Mosque is made of iron. Only the martyr can open it
- Al-Quds [Jerusalem] is Arab. Israel is a snake. America is the head of the snake
- We will sacrifice our soul and blood for Palestine
- Oh Zionist! Get out [of the land]. Free, free Palestine
- Long live Palestine. [We wish] Israel would die
- Palestine is Arab from the from the waters [of the Mediterranean Sea] to the waters [of the Jordan River]
- The first word that should be said – Israel is [destined] to demise
- We reiterated generation after generation – we will never recognize Israel
- From Al-Quds [Jerusalem] to the Negev, down with the state of the [Zionist] entity
- The normalization [with Israel] is a scandal, and the Oslo [Accords] are a bigger scandal [Oslo Accords – peace agreement between Israel and the PLO]
