Stephen Ellis is a Barrister and Solicitor and a senior activist with the Canadian BDS (Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions) movement who participates in anti-Israel demonstrations including Al-Quds Day Rally.
On May 18, 2019 Stephen Ellis participated in an anti-Israel demonstration, “Nakba Day Rally in Toronto” that called for globalizing the Intifada.
On June 5, 2018 Stephen Ellis wrote:“This creep [Nimrod Barkan, Israel’s Ambassador in Ottawa] should be sent packing… We need to find out where he lives and picket his goddamn house!”
Stephen Ellis expressed his support of placing BDS stickers on Israeli products in Canadian stores.
